The only time we need your email is if you place an order, and that is to send you confirmation and tracking. We don't collect your data to sell it. We don't offer the option to create an account or to save your info on our site. For returning customers that means entering your info each time you shop with us, but this is truly the best way to make sure no one is ever at risk.
Privacy Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. We can only process returns on misprinted/damaged/defective items. All items are photo documented before shipping to ensure the highest quality control possible. Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of reshipment.
